Shipping Information
TriCrown Golf LLC processes and fulfills all orders directly from our facility in St. Joseph, Missouri. We currently ship within the United States.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Processing time refers to when your order is prepared before shipment.
Shipping Cost
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $125.
Orders under $125 will display calculated shipping rates at checkout.
Shipping Method & Delivery Time
Orders are shipped using USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the destination and package size.
Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking confirms delivery but your package is missing, please contact the carrier directly. TriCrown Golf LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery has been confirmed.
Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind the quality of every product we make. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Return Conditions
Items must be:
• unworn
• unwashed
• in original condition
• with all tags attached

Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original form of payment once the returned item is received and inspected.
Original shipping fees are nonrefundable.
Final Sale Items
Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
